Hat House will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns made within 30 days of purchase if the item reaches us in the original condition in which it was shipped. Unfortunately, where your return is not due to an error on the part of Hat House, postage charges will not be refunded.

Faulty items will be replaced where possible, or a refund or credit given on receipt of the returned item. Please attach the receipt of your return postage charge and we will refund your postage plus the full purchase amount of your order (note: this applies to faulty items only).

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please ensure your name, address, phone number and email address are clearly indicated to enable prompt processing.
